My journey of self-discovery began with the necessity to lead by example for my two children, and be the container in which my beautiful partner and family could flourish. As I shifted my focus inward, the ripple effect illuminated every facet of my personal and professional life, transforming relationships and fostering greater presence, balance, and impact. Since 2007 my professional dedication has been to the field of education. In my roles as a special education teacher, teacher mentor, SEL coach, and educational leader in public and international schools, I came to the realization that the strength of educational institutions relies on the vitality of the hearts and minds of the individual adults within the system. Earning my Jungian Life Coach Certification in 2023 equipped me with valuable tools to empower individuals on their journeys of transformation. However, I believe that deep transformation is a life-long journey, and I find it heartening to share this path with colleagues and clients as we collaborate to initiate healing within the most crucial system in our rapidly changing world.
Brendan
As the mother of 2 children who have attended both public and international schools, I am passionate about and sympathetic toward the power of the teacher-student relationship and how significantly these relationships shape the future of humanity. My own journey weaves through threads of earth sciences, the healing arts of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sleep medicine, and deep insights from postgraduate work in Integral Transpersonal Psychology. This unique tapestry informs my passion for supporting the adults in our educational institutions in achieving their ambitious and critical goals. Today, we have the unique opportunity to respond creatively and compassionately to the challenges of our times. It is my intention to hold open the door for a shared passage into deeper connection, improved balance, and thoughtful restoration.
