Service Description
Utilizing our guided coaching model, educators will embark on a journey of deep transformation. They will acquire comprehensive tools designed to illuminate unconscious cognitive patterns influencing their professional and personal lives. Throughout these sessions, educators will be guided through the integration of Jungian Shadow Work, visualizations, dream interpretation, and a self-exploration of family/cultural conditioning. We will also take a deep dive into professional and personal goals and examine the patterns that help or hinder success and goal attainment. Package includes: - Initial intake session - Twelve 1:1 individualized coaching sessions face-to-face or via Zoom (two calls per month for 6 months) - Email support in between sessions - Text message support in between sessions - Two recorded personalized visualizations or meditations - Many additional exercises and tools to support your goal
