Service Description

Utilizing our guided coaching model, Jungian Psychology, and insights from contemporary neuroscience research, educators will acquire comprehensive tools designed to illuminate unconscious cognitive patterns influencing their professional and personal lives. Throughout these sessions, they will be guided through the integration of Jungian Shadow Work, visualization, and deep self-exploration. Package includes: - Initial intake session - Six 1:1 individualized coaching sessions face-to-face or via Zoom (two calls per month for three months) - Email support in between sessions - One recorded personalized visualization - Many additional exercises and tools to support your growth.
