What to expect:
Five sessions of 90 minutes each. A small group of 12 or fewer women joining together to push beyond fear and into flourishing. Each session includes research-based principles, group discussion and coaching, as well as an exercise to practice at home.
Live with H.E.A.R.T. is offered three times each year: April, July, and October. It's offered in-person in Bend, Oregon. The next group program begins on July 1 and continues each Wednesday in July from 10am to 11:30 am. Each session will be held at the Center for Compassionate Living. On-line workshops will be offered in the future.
The investment is $199 per participant. Financial Assistance to participate in this wellness program may be available through the National MS Society. Learn more at:
